Health Benefit Overview

InfoSpace offers a highly competitive health benefits program with minimal employee-paid premiums for excellent medical coverage. The employee-only cost for coverage on the Standard PPO plan is $0 per month and just $20 per month on the Premium plan. (This is a summary of benefits and is subject to change.)

Medical

Choose between two preferred provider plan options for you and your dependents. Most care is covered at either 80% or 90%, with co-pays as low as $15. Excellent prescription benefits also have low co-payments on each plan option.

Dental

Dental premiums for you and your dependents are paid at 100%. You can maximize your dental benefits by seeking care from any of our network of preferred dentists.

Vision

Vision premiums for you and your dependents are covered at 100%. Receive one annual exam and a $150 allotment for vision hardware every 12 months.

Health Club Membership Subsidy

All regular full-time employees are eligible for a monthly health club subsidy.

Long Term Care Insurance

InfoSpace provides a basic Long Term Care insurance benefit to all regular full-time employees. You can also choose to purchase additional Long Term Care insurance for yourself or for a family member.

401(k) Program and Employer Match

Employees are eligible for 401(k) contributions on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Contributions are subject to the annual IRS limits and are deducted on a pre-tax basis into the InfoSpace 401(k) plan. Employees who are 50 or older are eligible for an additional catch-up contribution amount.

InfoSpace will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% of eligible compensation per pay period. The vesting schedule is 25% after one year of service, 50% after two years, and 100% after three years. (One year of service equals 1,000 hours worked.)

Paid Time Off

Regular, full-time InfoSpace employees are eligible for Paid Time Off, Holidays, and Sick Days as follows:

Paid Time Off (PTO) If employed 0-4 years, 17 days per year
If employed 4-8 years, 22 days per year
If employed > 8 years, 27 days per year
Sick Days 3 Sick Days granted each January
If hired Jul. – Oct., 2 days
If hired Nov. – Dec., 1 day
Company Paid Holidays Nine Holidays per year
Floating Holidays 2 Floating Holidays granted each January
If hired Jul. – Oct., 1 day
If hired Nov. – Dec., None
